GoogleMapsに衛星写真データを提供しているKeyholeが衛星写真ＤＢをアップデートしたようです。

Here are a few details about the Primary Database:

15 meter per pixel coverage of the entire surface of the earth. This new and beautiful dataset replaces the former kilometer per pixel base map. Fly anywhere on the globe and you can see most man-made structures and all large geographic features.


という事で全世界を１ピクセル当たり１５ｍの解像度でカバー（以前は１km）し、人口建造物はほとんど認識できるレベルの写真になってるようです。


GoogleMapsとのインテグレーションはまだみたいですが、近いうち統合するんだろうなあ。
